Delta-8 THC

This “mellower cousin” of the more famous Delta-9 THC provides a milder intoxication and more relaxing effects. Studies indicate that Delta-8 THC is 40 70% as potent as Delta-9 THC, so most users can tolerate a higher dose of Delta 8 THC than that of Delta-9 THC. Many users prefer Delta-8 THC for sleep because of the relaxing “body high.” Please note that it is intoxicating and too high a dose (as with any THC) can result in unpleasant side effects - start with low doses.
