We offer shipping to almost anywhere in the United States through USPS or UPS. Standard shipping is free on US orders of $75 and up.

You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs. We cannot refund opened merchandise; however, we are committed to helping you find a product that will help you and may be able negotiate an exchange or discount on your next purchase. If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
